The quarterback truly had a remarkable campaign with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in these past two years. But the question lies; will he be in Florida to play a third season too?

Tom Brady Releases Statement Regarding NFL Future on Instagram : “Doesn’t Mean I Equate Losing to Failure, Especially When You Go Out Fighting the Way We Did’

Only time can tell that. As of now, the 44-year-old veteran feels very grateful and appreciative of his teammates who have been with him all year long.

The franchise had a near-miss attempt to the NFC Championship spot after the Bucs made a remarkable 24 point comeback late in the game only to come short of a field goal in the end.

The loss would have certainly hurt his spirits, but he has no regrets of the season whatsoever. The Bucs gave it all in the end and that’s what really matters to him: to have the support of his teammates, and the eagerness to win even when facing adversity.

Tom Brady has a message for his Tampa Bay peers on Instagram

Tom Brady after his end to the season, has not yet decided his future in the NFL but can be seen dropping hints here and there, implying his emotional state of mind. In an Instagram post, he wrote:

“I understand that at this stage in my career, there is going to be interest in my future whenever a season ends, but this week, all that is on my mind is the gratitude I have for this team and the fans that have supported us all year long. This year has been incredibly rewarding personally and professionally and I am appreciative of everyone who worked their ass off to help our team achieve so much.”

“I always want to win, I think that’s pretty apparent by now, but that doesn’t mean I equate losing to failure, especially when you go out fighting the way we did… There’s so much to appreciate in a season like this when you’re surrounded by a team that believes in each other, and plays for the people standing on either side of them. I’ll spare you the Man in the Arena quote, but that feeling is something that I promise I’ll never take for granted. To everyone that was a part of it this year, thank you. I love you all!”

Although it’s not yet confirmed as to what his next move would be; but is it not visible that the lion has had enough of his kingship?
