One of the players that he’s recruiting is former Cowboys tackle La’el Collins. Collins is scheduled to visit with the Bengals very soon as they try and sign him. It’s quite obvious that the Bengals knew their biggest weakness going into next season.
Their offensive line was among the worst in the NFL last season and it led to Joe Burrow being one of the most-sacked quarterbacks in the NFL.
#Bengals quickly moved to recruiting mode on OL La’el Collins and coming on strong with him in Cincinnati this evening.
Joe Burrow the deal closer is involved, as you might imagine.

The line reared its ugly head at the end of the Super Bowl when Burrow was pressured too quickly on the final play of the game. He barely had time to go through his progressions before he had to get rid of the ball.
Getting Collins would really solidify that line and make it a much better unit next season. Cincinnati will try to make the playoffs in back-to-back seasons after losing to the Rams last month in the big game.
